The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with hands-on PEB and industrial construction experience to take ownership of project delivery across multiple simultaneous projects. This is a high-impact role where you will directly manage project schedules, vendor coordination, site execution, and reporting — working closely with our experienced Technical Director and reporting to the Managing Partner.
If you have managed PEB/EPC projects from foundation to handover, coordinated with fabrication vendors, and know what it takes to keep 5-10 industrial projects running on time — we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage project schedules for multiple simultaneous industrial/warehousing projects (civil + PEB + MEP)
- Coordinate PEB fabrication, dispatch lot planning, and erection sequencing with external job-work vendors
- Track project progress daily — planned vs actual — and flag risks before they become delays
- Run daily site coordination and weekly project reviews with site engineers, supervisors, and vendors
- Ensure timely RA billing submissions and support BOQ vs actual cost tracking
- Manage site teams including Site Engineers, Supervisors, Project Coordinator, and Erection Manager
- Establish and maintain project tracking systems and structured reporting
- Coordinate with the Technical Director on design approvals, quality standards, and technical decisions
- Liaise with clients on project progress updates and milestone deliveries
- Drive a culture of accountability, documentation, and on-time delivery across the project team
Requirements (Must Have)
- 12–18 years of experience in construction project management
- Direct experience with PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects — fabrication coordination, dispatch planning, erection sequencing
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project for project scheduling
- Experience managing 5+ simultaneous projects with different teams and vendors
- Understanding of the full EPC lifecycle: civil foundations, PEB erection, sheeting, MEP, and handover
- Willingness to travel to project sites regularly (Bangalore and surrounding regions)
- Strong vendor management skills — especially coordinating with external fabrication vendors
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Good to Have
- Experience working with job-work PEB vendors (not just in-house fabrication)
- Experience setting up project tracking systems or reporting processes where none existed before
- Familiarity with industrial clients in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or automotive sectors
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in rate analysis, tender evaluation, and subcontractor management
