- Budget & Resource Allocation: Forecasting costs, verifying the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring the project remains financially viable.
- Team Management: Mentoring engineering teams, setting departmental standards, and establishing a culture of technical excellence.
Design & Technical Excellence
- Structural Integrity: Overseeing the design, analysis, and blueprints for building structures to ensure they can withstand various environmental and physical forces.
- Feasibility & Soil Testing: Reviewing soil tests and structural surveys to design safe, stable foundations.
- Value Engineering: Driving innovation to optimize building designs, material selection, and construction methods to reduce costs without compromising safety.
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring all designs and construction work comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental constraints.
- Risk Mitigation: Conducting risk assessments to proactively avoid construction delays, structural faults, or cost overruns.
- Health & Safety: Enforcing rigorous safety standards and protocols (like the OSHA Construction Safety guidelines) to protect all on-site personnel.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaising continuously with architects, project directors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Permitting: Preparing and organizing permit applications with local government or civic agencies.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
