Role Overview
The E-commerce Executive – Marketplaces will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand’s presence across leading online marketplaces such as Tata Clique, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra as well it’s own Website. This role focuses on driving sales growth through effective catalogue management, inventory planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations, enhance product visibility, and deliver a strong consumer experience. This role requires a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple marketplace operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Manage product listings, inventory levels, and promotional activities across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) as well as brand website.
- Cataloging & Listing: Upload, update, and optimize product content (titles, images, descriptions, SEO) to maximize search ranking.
- Operations & Logistics: Monitor daily order processing, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely dispatches.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Performance Analysis & MIS : Track sales, conversion rates, and ROI, reporting findings to identify growth opportunities.
- Inventory Control: Maintain balanced inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze customer behavior and optimize the conversion funnel to improve key metrics such as CVR, AOV, and LTV.
- Track, measure, and report on performance metrics, turning insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on D2C best practices, Shopify innovations, plugins, and performance optimization strategies.
- Overall responsibility for growing online sales month on month.
Skills & Competencies
· 2-5 years of experience in D2C and e-commerce, with hands-on Shopify experience being essential.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-moving environment.
- Possess a builder's mindset—resourceful, hands-on, and action-oriented.
- Passionate about brands, design, consumer behavior, and ideally experience in apparels.
- Highly motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to building something meaningful.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and marketplace seller panels (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
