Position Overview
The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and operational excellence of the Cake World outlet. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, sales growth, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor product availability, fast-moving items, and introduce upselling techniques.
- Implement promotions, new product launches, and festive campaigns at the outlet.
- Analyse sales reports and identify improvement areas.
2. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure high standards of customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain zero pending complaints through continuous follow-up and service recovery.
3. Team Management
- Schedule, supervise, and guide outlet staff.
- Maintain staff grooming standards, punctuality, and discipline.
- Provide on-the-job training for sales, product knowledge, hygiene, customer service, and SOPs.
- Encourage team motivation and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
4. Operational Management
- Oversee daily shop operations including storefront cleanliness, display arrangements, and product presentation.
- Ensure strict implementation of SOPs (Sales, Inventory, Hygiene, Cash Handling, Order Taking, etc.).
- Manage opening and closing duties (SOD/POD).
- Ensure accurate KOT/Billing process.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain correct stock levels and ensure no overstocking or stock shortage.
- Monitor daily wastage and take preventive actions.
- Check expiry dates, FIFO practice, and ensure quality/quantity accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse for timely product replenishment.
6. Cash & Finance Control
- Handle daily cash reconciliation, POS settlement, and maintain zero discrepancies.
- Submit daily sales reports and financial documents on time.
- Ensure stock and cash audit readiness at all times.
7. Hygiene & Food Safety
- Maintain 100% hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet.
- Ensure staff follow personal hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Comply with FSSAI guidelines and food handling procedures.
8. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain all required registers, documents, training sheets, complaint logs, SOD/POD, and quality checklists.
- Ensure company policies, rules, and HR guidelines are strictly followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail / F&B / bakery outlet management.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel, email).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
