Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CDP (All Rounder) with strong expertise across multiple kitchen sections. The role requires someone confident in handling hot, cold, grill, and other areas independently, while ensuring consistency, speed, and quality. The candidate will support the Sous Chef/Head Chef in daily operations and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage assigned kitchen sections (hot, cold, grill, sauté, pastry).
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Support menu planning, daily specials, and implementation of new recipes.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Monitor food stock, assist with inventory, and control wastage.
- Supervise and guide Commis and kitchen helpers.
- Step into different sections when required, ensuring smooth operations.
- Uphold kitchen discipline, teamwork, and professional standards.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a CDP or Senior Line Chef.
- Strong all-rounder skills across multiple cuisines and kitchen stations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Leadership qualities to train and guide junior team members.
- Good knowledge of food safety, portion control, and kitchen management.
- Culinary diploma/certification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
