Role Overview
We are hiring a International Outbound Sales Specialist who is passionate about global communication and sales. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in international business development while working remotely.
You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients across global markets, presenting our services, and generating qualified leads that contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Outbound Engagement
Initiate outbound calls to prospective international clients across various regions.
Execute targeted email campaigns and consistent follow-ups.
Engage with prospects through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
2. Lead Generation & Qualification
Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Qualify leads and ensure seamless handover to senior sales professionals.
3. Sales Support & Coordination
Schedule meetings, product demos, and strategic discussions.
Assist in the preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
4. CRM Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Track lead progress, update statuses, and manage follow-up schedules.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
Provide actionable feedback from prospects to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in international outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or customer engagement roles.
Prior exposure to global markets is an added advantage.
Core Competencies
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Confidence in interacting with international clients.
Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and client handling.
Familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
