Job Opening: Technical Writer (Contract)
Location: Talegaon, Maharashtra – L&T Defenc
Primary Duties
- Prepare and manage technical documentation/manuals as per project contracts.
- Coordinate and conduct contractual training programs.
Secondary Duties
- Generate training aggregates and CBT modules.
- Interact with customers and approving agencies for manual reviews/approvals.
- Participate in trials and handle technical manual review activities.
- Support project photography and videography requirements.
Department Activities
- Develop Technical Manuals and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM).
- Manage training programs and prepare aggregates.
- Create Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Role Description
This is a contract position at L&T Defence, Talegaon. The role involves assisting in the development of technical documentation and literature as part of project deliverables for the Indian Armed Forces.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in technical documentation and project reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with Catia, 3D-Cortona, Arbotext Editor.
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams for data collection.
- Skilled in project monitoring using Concerto tool.
- Commitment to on-time delivery within allocated budgets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
