Job Title: WelderJob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and repairing metal structures and components using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform welding using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Cut, grind, and prepare metal components for welding
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and accuracy
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition
- Follow safety standards and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a welder or similar role
- Certification in welding (preferred or required depending on company)
- Knowledge of different welding processes and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with fabrication and metalwork
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA or equivalent)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Problem-solving ability
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to heat, fumes, and loud noise
- May require standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials
- Work may be indoors or outdoors depending on the project
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
