Job Title: Technical Lead / Senior Java Backend Developer
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Shift Time: 6 PM TO 3 AM Or 9 AM TO 6 PM (Rotational Shift)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of Java backend development and 2+ years of technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead the backend team, design scalable microservices, mentor developers, and build high-performance SaaS applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the backend development team.
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and J2EE.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Java backend development experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading development teams.
- Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, J2EE.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, OOP, and SOLID principles.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Hibernate/JPA, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of SaaS/Multi-tenant applications.
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies.
