Position: Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage labour productivity and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify construction defects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and use of PPE by workers.
- Monitor work progress against project schedules and report delays.
- Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC, and safety teams.
- Assist in measurement of executed work and preparation of work progress reports.
- Maintain discipline and housekeeping at the construction site.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- ITI or relevant construction experience may also be considered.
Experience :
- 2–6 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in institutional, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
Required Skills :
- Good knowledge of RCC, finishing, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word) is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate :
- Experience working on institutional projects such as IITs, universities, hospitals, or government buildings.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Willing to relocate to IIT Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Pay: ₹10,090.38 - ₹18,000.00 per month
