About Us:
RS Calcikem India is a growing manufacturer of high-quality calcined Kaolin and
industrial mineral products, serving industries such as ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware,
paints, rubber, plastics, and construction materials across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive domestic sales of china clay and mineral products across ceramics, Paper,
paints, rubber, plastics, and allied industries.
- Identify and develop new B2B customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and
industrial users.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and expand business with key
accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits, technical discussions, and product trials with
customers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order
execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivable cycles.
- Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and provide regular market
intelligence to management.
- Represent RS Calcikem at industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and trade
interactions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial minerals, china clay, kaolin,
ceramics raw materials, or speciality chemicals.
- Strong network with ceramics, paper, paint, rubber, or plastic
manufacturers.
- Proven ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer development and relationship
management.
