- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and defect management processes.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
