We are a growing travel company focused primarily on B2B travel operations and international travel coordination. Alongside our core business, we also handle curated travel experiences for select families, referrals, and repeat clients.
We are looking for a disciplined, organized, and proactive individual who can manage execution, follow-ups, client communication, and operational coordination efficiently.
Role Overview
The Execution & Client Coordinator (ECC) will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling follow-ups, tracking tasks, maintaining timelines, and ensuring operational discipline.
This is a coordination and execution role, not a sales or strategy role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Execution Control
- Maintain and update operational trackers and task sheets
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within timelines
- Follow up with team members and vendors before deadlines
- Track task progress and completion status regularly
- Escalate delays or execution issues to leadership when required
- Support smooth day-to-day operational coordination
2. Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, travel agents, and partners professionally
- Send regular updates regarding bookings, itineraries, and deliverables
- Follow up for pending documents, confirmations, and payments
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Handle client queries in a calm and solution-oriented manner
- Maintain organized client communication records
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare status updates and execution summaries
- Maintain organized operational and client documentation
- Ensure accuracy in task tracking and communication
- Support workflow management systems and operational processes
- Maintain proper data discipline across ongoing operations

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years experience in operations, coordination, admin, client servicing, or travel industry roles
- Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory
- Structured thinker with strong execution mindset
- Assertive yet polite communicator
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and follow-up-heavy role

- No pricing or financial decision responsibilities

Salary
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
