About the Role We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer with expertise in designing high-converting YouTube thumbnails. The ideal candidate understands the psychology behind click-worthy designs and can create visually compelling thumbnails that increase ClickThrough Rate (CTR) while maintaining brand consistency.
If you have a passion for YouTube, visual storytelling, and data-driven design, we'd love to hear from you. Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of what makes YouTube titles and thumbnails clickable
Ability to design thumbnails that improve click-through rate (CTR)
Experience creating thumbnails for high-engagement or high-view YouTube channels Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and facial expressions
Ability to analyse competitor thumbnails and current YouTube trends
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlinesExperience collaborating with content, scripting, and video-editing teams
Priority Tool(s)/Skill Set Expertise Needed:
Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic-design tools
Photo manipulation, color grading, background replacement, and image compositing
AI image-generation and image-enhancement tools
Understanding of YouTube analytics, particularly CTR and thumbnail performance Ability to create multiple thumbnail variations for A/B testing
