Experience required
Graduate/BBA/MBA/Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience in Sales of
welding equipment, Power Tools, Industrial equipment.
5 Competency Requirements Product knowledge, marketing contacts, networking skills, Team
Player, Communication skills, Adaptability; Interpersonal skills,
Leadership, Achievements of target.
Electrical and Electronics Knowledge.
Welding & Cutting Equipment, Capital Equipment
Field Sales in Industries Machinery and Automation.
Technical Understanding.
6 Specific training required, if any Basic awareness of ISO 9001:2015
7 Must Have Skills Strong Communication Skills- Including both verbal and
written
Product Knowledge
Willingness to hard work and Travel.
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
8 Roles Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and
evaluate customer needs.

Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment

products and services.
Generate sales leads
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure
resolution
Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians
to ensure that relevant information is delivered effectively.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer
questions.

Support customers through technical and administrative
