Job Title: Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support daily business operations, listing management, marketing activities, social media engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and comfortable working with digital platforms, content creation, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Monitor and review emails regularly, prioritizing important communications.
- Provide daily work updates at the start and end of each workday.
- Coordinate regularly with management regarding ongoing tasks and priorities.
- Prepare and maintain transaction-related documentation and closing paperwork.
- Complete and manage required submissions on designated platforms.
Listing & Marketing Management:
- Update and maintain property listings across multiple online platforms.
- Create marketing flyers and promotional materials for listings.
- Share listings across relevant Facebook groups and WhatsApp communities.
- Distribute listings, project updates, educational content, and marketing materials through designated communication channels.
Content Creation & Social Media:
- Create and publish daily video content and promotional posts.
- Upload videos and marketing materials to company platforms.
- Maintain active engagement across social media accounts.
- Support audience growth and follower engagement initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring ongoing social media advertising campaigns.
Client & Communication Support:
- Monitor business messaging platforms and provide updates on inquiries and viewing requests.
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders regarding work progress and updates.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Update daily Excel reports and tracking sheets.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, pending payments, submissions, and business activities.
- Ensure all reports and records are updated in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting.
- Basic video editing and content creation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing activities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Compensation
- Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Salary review and performance-based increment after successful completion of 6 months.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
