We are hiring an experienced Senior Technician to join our Royal Enfield service team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Royal Enfield motorcycle servicing and the ability to guide junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced servicing, diagnostics, and repairs of Royal Enfield bikes
- Ensure service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Guide and supervise junior technicians in workshop activities
- Maintain proper records of service and repairs
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor for job cards and delivery schedules
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in two-wheeler/motorcycle servicing
- In-depth knowledge of Royal Enfield models
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues independently
- Team leadership & communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
