Job Description
We are looking for a GeM Executive to manage all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal, including product listing, bid participation, tender management, order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's GeM seller account.
- Create, update, and optimize product/service listings on the GeM Portal.
- Identify and participate in GeM bids, tenders, and reverse auctions.
- Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and tender documents within deadlines.
- Track bid status and maintain tender records.
- Process GeM orders and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement guidelines.
- Coordinate with government departments, customers, OEMs, and vendors.
- Maintain bid trackers, order trackers, and MIS reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM bidding, e-tendering, or government sales.
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal operations and government procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of LED Displays, IT, AV, Electronics, or Technology products will be an added advantage.
Reporting To: Sales Head
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
