1. Own Fyns Content & Brand Narrative
● Build and manage Fyns presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
● Create high-quality, insight-led LinkedIn content (founder posts, company updates,
POVs)
● Translate business developments into sharp, engaging stories
2. Actively Scout & Build Stories
● Work closely with teams to identify:
- Driver success stories
- On-ground operations insights
- Partnerships and milestones
● Turn raw inputs into compelling narratives (text, visual, video)
3. Drive Social Media Strategy & Execution
● Set up and manage content calendar
● Experiment with formats (reels, carousels, testimonials, POV posts)
● Own end-to-end execution from idea → publishing → iteration 4. Build Fyns Public Voice ● Shape how Fyn is perceived across platforms
● Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
● Work directly with the founder to articulate category-defining narratives
5. Support Creative & Design Needs
● Create or coordinate basic creatives (posts, decks, campaigns)
● Use tools like Figma / Canva / Adobe (basic level sufficient)
● Work with external designers to close designs Who you are
● 14 years experience in content, social media, brand, or storytelling roles
● Strong writing skills especially LinkedIn-style sharp, insight-led content
● High agency: you dont wait for briefs, you find stories yourself
● Curious and observant — you see stories where others see operations
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

● Basic design skills (Figma / Canva / Adobe)
● Experience with video/reels content
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
