Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the consumer electronics segment, with a primary focus on TV sales. The role involves expanding the sub-dealer network, ensuring stock availability, improving collections, and maintaining strong market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sub-dealer Expansion:
Identify, onboard, and develop new sub-dealers to expand market reach and increase sales of TVs and other electronic products.
Sales & Stock Management:
- Ensure timely stock replenishment across dealers and sub-dealers to avoid stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Payment Collection (Extraction):
Monitor outstanding payments and improve collection efficiency while maintaining healthy dealer relationships.
- Retail Display Management:
Ensure proper display, visibility, and branding of products at retail outlets and maintain attractive shop front presentation.
- Market Intelligence & Competition Mapping:
Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product positioning to provide actionable insights.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.
- Operational Efficiency:
Demonstrate adaptability and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree only
1–5 years of experience in consumer electronics / durable sales (TV experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good understanding of local market dynamics
- Willingness to travel extensively
