Looking for experienced editors for long-form YouTube content in the science, rationality, and fitness/nutrition space (Hinglish, talking-head + investigative/explainer style). This is a full-time, in-office video editor position based in Jaipur.
Our videos are 15–20+ minute talking-head and explainer pieces that live or die on retention - clean cuts, tight pacing, b-roll, on-screen text, data callouts, and light motion graphics that keep a viewer watching. If you understand YouTube retention and can make an information-heavy video feel fast, you're who we want.
What you'll be editing:
– Long-form talking-head videos (science, myth-busting, career, fitness)
– Explainer segments with text, graphics, and data on screen
– Occasional short-form cutdowns for Instagram/Shorts
You should have:
– Strong command of Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a plus)
– Experience editing long-form (15+ min) YouTube content - not just reels
– A sense of pacing and retention, clean sound sync, and readable on-screen text
– Reliability on deadlines and a batching workflow
Nice to have:
– Motion graphics / thumbnail design ability
– Interest in science, education, or fitness content
Compensation: ₹18,000–24,000/month + (full-time, in-office), compensation is purely based on skill and experience.
