Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build strong relationships with customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, oversee CRM systems, and develop engagement strategies tailored to a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, tenants, and partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and concerns
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized and proactive service
- Maintain and regularly update customer databases and records
- Track and analyze customer interactions and behavioral patterns
- Use CRM tools to segment customers and execute targeted campaigns
- Design and implement customer loyalty and retention programs
- Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and promotions to drive footfall
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve overall experience
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Coordinate with brands and vendors within The Dhan Mill for customer initiatives
- Ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints
- Prepare reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights for business improvement

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
