The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and respond to mails
- Resolve customer queries efficiently - Maintain records of interactions
- Ensure high Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Provide excellent customer service
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of service delivery
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently -
Ability to meet call centre metrics such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time - Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day shifts only)
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Educational Background -
Experience in International call centre is an added advantage -
Experience in voice, chat, or email support is preferred -
Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate in any discipline
