Role Purpose
You drive revenue.You bring in new clients and close deals consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new leads
- Meet builders, architects, contractors, home owners
- Expand customer base
Sales Execution
- Present products and solutions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Oversee order execution till installation
- Promptly attend issues raised by clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Client Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships
- Handle site visits and client discussions
- Ensure repeat business
Market Tracking
- Track competitor activity and pricing
- Share market insights with management
Key Skills Required
- Confidence and relationship building
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Prompt and Energetic mindset
- Good communication skills
Industry Preference
- uPVC windows
- Aluminium / glass
- Tiles / sanitaryware
- Any construction-related sales
Qualification
Compensation: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month + incentives
What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months)
- Active pipeline of leads/referrals
- First few deals closed
- Positive feedback from customers
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
