Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff at the school. The role involves managing the front desk, handling calls, assisting visitors, and ensuring smooth communication within the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and students in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the concerned department or staff.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures.
- Handle basic inquiries related to admissions, school timings, and general information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier).
- Coordinate with school staff for appointments and meetings.
- Maintain the reception area in an organized and presentable manner.
- Support administrative tasks assigned by the school management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred (experience in a school environment is an advantage).
Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per school norms.
