Job description:
Designation – Manager – Corporate Finance
1. Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the company-wide finance function across the U.S., India, and Philippines entities.
- Drive financial strategy focused on improving EBITA, operating margins, and long-term profitability.
- Create and monitor company-wide budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO for cost control, investment decisions, and value-creation opportunities.
- Build financial models to support growth, expansion plans, new service lines, and capital allocation decisions.
2. Global Accounting, Compliance & Controls
- Oversee all U.S. financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and monthly/annual closes.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. IRS regulations, federal and state tax requirements, and overall GAAP compliance.
- Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance for India and Philippines entities, including statutory audits, ROC filings, tax filings, and local regulatory submissions.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and SOPs across all three geographies.
- Coordinate and manage annual audits with internal and external auditors.
3. Cash Flow, Cost Management & Profitability
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, reserves, and liquidity to support aggressive growth plans.
- Scrutinize cost structures across departments and recommend optimization measures to protect margins.
- Drive timely invoicing, collections, and revenue assurance to ensure healthy cash cycles.
- Own the P&L performance and collaborate with cross-functional leaders for financial accountability.
4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and mentor the Finance Managers in India and the Philippines.
- Work closely with the Consulting CFO on reporting, decision support, and special projects.
- Collaborate with department heads (Operations, HR, Legal, Procurement, etc.) for financial planning and budget governance.
- Provide timely reporting and analysis to Directors and Founders to protect shareholder interests and maximize ROI.
5. Governance, Risk Management & Fiduciary Responsibility
- Uphold fiduciary responsibilities by ensuring transparency, accuracy, and integrity of all financial reporting.
- Safeguard the financial interests of the company and its founders through proper controls, risk management, and compliance oversight.
- Ensure all entities operate in line with corporate governance and regulatory standards.
6. Growth Enablement & Value Creation
- Position the finance organization to support Cliniqon’s next phase of growth—scaling operations, new markets, new product lines, and acquisitions.
- Provide ongoing strategic advice to the CEO on financial structuring, investment opportunities, and long-term value creation.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and board-level reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
