Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (B2C) to promote the institute's training programs and courses. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, lead generation, admissions, follow-ups, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, website, social media, and referrals.
- Explain course details, fee structure, training schedules, and placement assistance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM or admission software.
- Organize seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with faculty and placement teams regarding student requirements.
- Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and local communities for student outreach.
- Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction throughout the admission process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Training Institute Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Experience in EdTech or Skill Development Training Institutes is preferred.
