Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Software Tester Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who have completed a software testing course and want to gain real-world experience in testing. The intern will work closely with our QA and development team to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing on web and desktop applications
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes
- Document testing results and feedback
Requirements:
- Must have completed a Software Testing course
- Basic understanding of Manual Testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC and QA processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium or similar tools)
- Basic understanding of Java, HTML, CSS, Database and APIs
Education:
- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
