ob Title: Business Development Executive (AV & Government Projects)
Location: Main office in delhi ( travel different states if required )
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can support business development for government and corporate AV projects, has a basic understanding of GeM/tenders, and is comfortable with client meetings & site visits across cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites across different cities for:
- Meetings
- Requirement understanding
- Site surveys (with technical team if needed)
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments & corporate clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for:
- Proposals
- Quotations
- Technical inputs
- Support in identifying opportunities via GeM portal / tenders
- Attend pre-bid meetings (if required) for understanding scope
- Follow up with clients for closures and project updates
- Act as a single point of contact for clients during initial stages
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of GeM / Government procurement process
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel
- Basic understanding of AV solutions (or willingness to learn)
- Strong coordination & follow-up ability
Ideal Candidate
- Someone with BDM / Sales / Client Handling experience
- Experience in AV / IT / Infra / Govt projects is a plus
- Energetic, presentable, and confident in meetings
