We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Site Manager to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from start to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution skills, team management experience, and the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day interior fit-out site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Handle manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project status.
- Coordinate project handover and snag rectification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in interior fit-out/site management.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and project execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
