Responsibilities for the Customer Offboarding Specialist

Manage contracting projects for customer downgrades, mergers, consortium breakups, and similar changes across three platforms. Responsibilities include gathering data, coordinating internal and customer communications and calls, following processes through completion, and serving as the customer liaison throughout the project.

Manage the customer deboarding process, including gathering data, coordinating internal and customer communications and calls, following processes through completion, and serving as the customer liaison throughout the project.

Manage the Statement of Work process, including contract creation, follow-up, confirmation of payment requirements, and monitoring work progress.

Facilitate contract language modifications with Legal while ensuring all offboarding steps comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Complete monthly reporting for various stakeholders.

Complete other duties and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

undefinedQualifications for the Customer Contracts Analyst, OffboardingBachelor’s degree and/or related work experience.Three to five years of related work experience in customer service, compliance, contracting, and/or data entry in enterprise software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLA deadlines.Detail- and process-oriented, with a focus on accuracy.Customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in person, verbally, and in writing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.Comfortable working in enterprise software, including Salesforce.com.Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from Service departments to IT.Strong conflict management and resolution skills.
