QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree of Arts in English, Communication or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 0 or 5+ years of Demonstrated experience as a Aptitude Trainer
- Profound understanding of various soft skills and a proven ability to effectively teach and develop these skills in others.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing training tools, multimedia, and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
