Role Overview:
The Business Manager -Lubricant Sales [USR POWER LUBRICANTS] will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation from the office. This role includes managing dealer relationships, facilitating billing processes, and maintaining strong customer relations.
This is a field-oriented sales and marketing role with hands-on responsibility for driving B2B sales of specialty oils (Automotive Oils ,Two Wheeler Engine Oils,Commercial Engine oils) across institutional and industrial segments.
Qualifications Required :-
- Degree in a relevant field; background in B2B Automotive Oils & Lubricants preferred
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exposure to industries like Power T&D, Polymer, FMCG & Applications
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Lead generation and direct client interaction
- Sector focus: Power, polymer, FMCG, lubricants, etc.
- No inbound leads – complete ownership of lead-to-close
- Client Management
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored product solutions
- Handle negotiations and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Sales Coordination
- Liaise with logistics for dispatches
- Coordinate with accounts for billing and payments
- Work with technical teams for client queries
- Address complaints and provide resolution
- Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain records of visits, leads, orders, and market updates
- Regular reporting to Zonal Head
Sales Expectations:
Travel & Territory:
- 18–21 days/month travel
- Responsible for assigned states and adjoining territories
- Strong local market understanding required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
