We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Assistant Service Manager to join our growing commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing company.
The candidate will assist in managing the service department, coordinating technicians and service coordinators, handling customer service requests, and ensuring timely installation and maintenance support for commercial kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day service operations
- Coordinate with service technicians for installations, breakdowns, and AMC visits
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Schedule and track service calls efficiently
- Maintain service records, reports, and spare parts coordination
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting through ERP/service management systems
- Support site visits and customer communication when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
