- Position: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive / Counsellor

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Make cold and warm calls to prospective students.
- Handle walk-in enquiries at the branch.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into admissions.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and placement opportunities.
- Deliver course presentations and counselling sessions.
- Negotiate course fees and admission-related queries.
- Update and manage leads in the CRM.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Build trust with students and guide them in choosing suitable career paths.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Lead follow-up and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software
- Counselling and presentation skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
- Passion for sales and education.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry is an added advantage.
