We are looking for a motivated React JS Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable and reliable web applications. As part of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on front-end projects, collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, maintain and optimize complex web applications using React.js, Redux and modern front-end technologies.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers and back-end engineers to design and implement robust, scalable features.
● Write clean, modular and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on performance, security and scalability.
● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implement performance improvements and ensure high application responsiveness.
● Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards and mentor junior developers.
● Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries and tools seamlessly into the front-end architecture.
● Manage application state effectively using Redux and maintain consistent data flows across components.
● Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and mobile responsiveness across all supported platforms.
● Stay current with industry trends and advancements in React.js and front-end ecosystems and recommend best practices and innovations.
● Contribute to front-end architectural decisions, component design patterns and long-term codebase maintainability.
● Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), version control (Git) and CI/CD tools for streamlined deployments.
● Familiarity with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier) and cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify).
Qualifications and Skills:
● 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript development.
● Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS (with or without pre-processors) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
● Experience with state management libraries such as Redux for handling asynchronous data flows and improving app performance.
● Proficient in building responsive and high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using React and React Native.
● Familiarity with modern build tools and front-end pipelines such as Babel, Webpack and NPM.
● Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Mocha.
● Understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming using Promises and async/await.
● Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization techniques, including JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
● Strong debugging and performance tuning skills for optimizing front-end experiences.
● Experience working collaboratively in agile development environments.
● Good understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns and scalable component design.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
