We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails.
- Maintain visitor records and office files.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
- Assist with data entry and basic office documentation.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel), Previous receptionist or front-office experience is an advantage, Professional attitude and appearance, Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers may apply).

Pay: ₹9,021.07 - ₹24,855.05 per month
