Review financial statements, VAT workings and tax packs; ensure QA gates are met. Capacity planning, work-allocation and SLA management; drive automation and SOPs. Front-line client communication (calls/emails); manage expectations and change control. Coach, upskill and performance-manage team members; support hiring and onboarding.
