We are hiring a Solar Engineer to handle site surveys, project execution, installation supervision, testing, commissioning and project documentation for residential and C&I solar projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and collect technical details.
- Prepare layouts, BOM and basic project documents.
- Supervise structure, module, cabling, earthing and inverter installation.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, materials and project progress.
- Support testing, commissioning and service activities.
- Submit daily reports, site photos and completion documents.
Qualification
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy.
Requirements
- Solar or electrical site experience preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may apply.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Good communication in Tamil and English.
