Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Core Java and Advanced Java concepts.
- Teach topics including OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and File Handling.
- Deliver training on Advanced Java technologies such as JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-time project guidance.
- Develop training materials, notes, and practical lab sessions.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback and mentoring.
- Assist students in project development and interview preparation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and Java ecosystem updates.
- Ensure engaging and interactive classroom/online training sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot framework.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle).
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a Java Trainer / Faculty / Corporate Trainer.
- Experience in real-time project development using Java.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-level training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–7+ years of experience in Java development and/or training.
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred.
