Job Description: Marketing Executive (Reels & Social Media)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Marketing Executive with a creative mindset, strong interest in social media,
and hands-on skills in reel making, video content creation, and digital engagement. This is a
great opportunity for someone who enjoys visual storytelling and understands how to
connect with audiences on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, shoot, and edit Reels/Short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Develop and manage daily content across social media platforms
- Work on trending concepts and viral content strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for design, product, and campaign planning
- Maintain posting schedules and help grow followers and engagement
- Track and report performance insights (reach, views, engagement)
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Good command of video editing apps like InShot, Canva, or Adobe tools
- Eye for creativity, design sense, and awareness of trending formats
- Ability to handle content planning independently
- Basic knowledge of hashtags, captions, and analytics is a plus
- Portfolio of past reels/posts (if available) will be preferred
