The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Engineers and Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of all plant utilities and infrastructure. They oversee the maintenance, operation, inspection, and continuous improvement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, compressed air, water supply, wastewater, fire protection, and other utility systems essential for seafood processing operations.
Their primary responsibility is to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, ensure statutory and food safety compliance, optimize energy and utility consumption, and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. They work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Safety, ETP/STP, and other support departments to maintain a hygienic, efficient, and compliant processing environment, ensuring uninterrupted production while meeting customer, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
