Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms. This is a desk-based role focused on lead generation, client engagement, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Connect with potential clients and explain the café's offerings, including corporate orders, bulk orders, and event catering.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain client records, follow-up schedules, and daily reports.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tele sales, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
