Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, mentoring the sales team, and achieving business targets. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.
- Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- Recruit, train, and coach new sales professionals when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, forex, or brokerage industries.
- Experience managing regional or international sales teams.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and consultative selling techniques.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
