Webinar Coordinator – Job Description
- Plan, organize, and coordinate academic and professional webinars.
- Communicate with speakers, attendees, and internal teams.
- Manage webinar registrations, invitations, and participant engagement.
- Schedule webinar sessions and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate promotional activities through email and social media campaigns.
- Provide technical and operational support during live webinars.
- Prepare attendance reports, feedback summaries, and event analytics.
- Maintain records of webinar activities and participant databases.
- Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to enhance outreach.
- Ensure a seamless and professional webinar experience for all stakeholders.
