About the Role
CHUB WOW World is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and clients. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, handle enquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure a welcoming and organized reception environment.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while supporting the daily administrative operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome students, parents, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front reception area and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, WhatsApp enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, counselling sessions, and room bookings.
- Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and company services to walk-in enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselling, Admissions, Sales, and Operations teams for smooth customer service.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and office documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Ensure office supplies and reception materials are adequately stocked.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the team during events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Administration, or Hospitality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Service industry will be an added advantage.
