Job Description
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our Engineering Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings and supporting planning, construction, and structural design activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed structural, architectural, and construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 2D & 3D layouts, plans, sections, and elevations as per project requirements
- Assist engineers in planning and design documentation
- Modify and update drawings based on site and client feedback
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and site teams
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all drawings
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting essential)
- Experience in structural / construction / engineering consultancy projects
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of building construction and structural detailing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- AutoCAD LT: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
