We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can confidently connect with couples and families, understand their vision, present our services with clarity, and convert enquiries into bookings through trust and meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle wedding enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages
- Present the Mystic Studios experience with confidence and professionalism
- Build trust with couples and families throughout the sales journey
- Handle pricing discussions and negotiations while maintaining brand value
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with internal teams after booking confirmation to ensure a smooth client experience
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and CRM updates
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer emotions and buying behaviour
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, luxury services, events, or wedding industry is preferred
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office
