Enview Technologies is a fast-growing physical security technology company headquartered in Bengaluru, delivering end-to-end solutions in CCTV, access control, AI video analytics, cloud-based video management, and ELV services to enterprise, banking, utilities, and government clients across India.
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Presales Documentation Executive to work closely with our presales and sales teams. This is a non-technical role focused entirely on producing high-quality documentation — tenders, proposals, compliance submissions, and commercial presentations — that enables the team to pursue and win business at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Bid Documentation
- Download, read, and parse Government and private sector tender documents (GEM, CPPP, state portals)
- Prepare and organise all bid submission documents: technical compliance statements, eligibility matrices, pre-qualification documents, and deviation sheets
- Coordinate with the presales/sales team to ensure technical sections are received on time and formatted correctly
- Handle post-submission document queries and clarification responses
Proposal & Quotation Support
- Convert presales/sales technical inputs into clean, structured commercial proposals and RFP responses
- Draft covering letters, executive summaries, and solution overviews for enterprise client proposals
- Maintain and update a live proposal template library (Word/PowerPoint) across solution verticals — CCTV, access control, video analytics, CVMS, networking
- Track proposal versions and ensure final documents are properly named, stored, and shared
Compliance & Credentials
- Prepare and maintain standard compliance documents: company profile, registration certificates, OEM authorisation letters, financials summaries, and past order summaries
- Assist in preparing MSME/Startup certificates, DPIIT filing support, and any other regulatory filings required for bids
- Maintain a well-organised digital document repository that the entire team can access
Content & Communication Support
- Draft formal business correspondence — client emails, follow-up letters, authorisation letters, LOIs
- Prepare polished PowerPoint decks for client meetings, product presentations, and internal reviews
- Proofread all client-facing documents before submission — zero tolerance for errors
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Excellent written English — clear, concise, and professional
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint (formatting, styles, templates)
- High attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership over document quality
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple submissions simultaneously Organised and self-driven — you follow up, you track, you close
Good to Have
Prior experience supporting a presales, bid management, or proposals team
- Exposure to government tender portals (GEM, CPPP, CPP portal, state eProcurement portals)
- Familiarity with physical security, IT infrastructure, or ELV products — even at a surface level
- Experience with document management tools, SharePoint, or Google Workspace
This is not a technical or engineering role. You will not be expected to design systems, understand network architecture, or write BOMs. Your job is to take inputs from technical team members and transform them into polished, complete, submission-ready documents.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
