About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Associate (KAM) to join our e-commerce growth team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing key accounts across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, with a clear focus on driving revenue growth, improving marketplace performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role will be responsible for delivering top-line growth, profitability, marketplace excellence, and strong partner relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage and optimize the presence of key accounts across leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces
- Ensure smooth daily marketplace operations including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Monitor marketplace hygiene and ensure account health remains strong
Growth & Revenue Planning
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for assigned key accounts
- Drive sales and profitability across online marketplaces
- Plan and execute promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives
- Identify long-term opportunities for account expansion and growth
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics including sales, conversion, traffic, customer ratings, and reviews
- Generate actionable insights from data to improve account performance
- Optimize promotional campaigns and marketplace visibility based on performance trends
P&L Management
- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned marketplace accounts
- Ensure strong cost control, margin improvement, and ROI optimization
- Deliver revenue targets while maintaining profitability
Product Listing Optimization
- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility, traffic, and conversion
- Improve product content including titles, images, descriptions, and keywords
- Ensure listings are aligned with marketplace algorithms and customer search behavior
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of marketplace trends, digital advertising, and online growth levers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
